The Brierley Collection

Is the work of a local photographer who travelled around Britain and Europe in the last days of Queen   Victoria.
These collections are cared for by the Community History Service which aims to bring people closer to their heritage through the museums which it manages and a wide range of activities throughout the community.

Keywords must be separated by clicking the And / Or buttons. For example to do a search on Agriculture or Architecture first select  Agriculture from the level 1 list, click the "Or" button then select Architecture from the level 1 list. The keywords box will now display Agriculture Or Architecture, click on Search to display the records matching those keywords. Carry out the same procedure for doing and searches but click the "And" button rather than the Or button. Keywords may be typed directly into the keyword box but always ensure that each keyword is separated by And / Or. If you wish to do a Subject or Place search click here
