They can advise on the most suitable hardware for use with the system. House of Images build their own computers on site to any specification and are also authorised agents for the Umax range of scanners offering full on-site maintenance on all equipment supplied.

If you choose to undertake the scanning and database creation then full training is offered to your staff ensuring they are trained to high standards.

Having carried out the full installation House of Images provide a total service that allows you to continually improve and update your system. Software adaptations and updates are posted on the House of Images web site and can be downloaded and installed as and when they become available.

Sales engineers visit each installation every 3 months to offer first hand advice on possible improvements and to offer advice on future adaptations.

These visits provide House of Images with important customer feedback that allows them to plan and develop the product for the future.
